Hi team,

I booked a tatkal tiket for the train 14013, but the train was late more than 3 hours, so i did't travelled and raised a tdr for the same.
It is around 10 days now and the amount is not returned by irctc.
And the status is conitnously showing as cr registered.

Can i know, when can i get my money back for the train ticket which i did not use because the train was late more than 3 hours?

My name is Raj Kumar Pandey, actually this is a cancellation refund issue.
My PNR no. is [protected] and I booked railway ticket online, for the date 18/09/2016 from ANVT to ALD and when I cancelled that ticket money was not refunded. I have cancelled that ticket on september 14. So please solve my problem as soon as possible.
