Hi,

I booked a ticket from ernakulam to trivandrum on 21-sep-2016.
The train was more than 5 hrs late and i cancelled the ticket. I filed tdr for the same. It shows tdr status as cr registred for more than a month now. My refund has not been initiated and i have not got refund till now. My ticket details are given below:
Pnr number : [protected]
Cancellation id :[protected]
Train number : 12075/jan shatabdi
Date of journey: 21-sep-2016
Ticket amount:750.0.

Please let me know when i will get the refund. Dont irctc have a defined sla for this?? Please solve my issue.

I have initiate a tatkal ticket in irctc on[protected]. Ticket was not generated, but ticket amount was debited from bank. After 8 day, this amount is not refund my bank account yet. I am already mailed to irctc. But this problem is not solved yet. Please take action.

I had the misfortune of travelling in raja dhani 12432.the food served was atrocious.moreover they start collecting bribe from passengers as soon as food was served .is this with the knowledge of railway. Meals on wheels .hahaha

Tain no 12953 is not running smoothly as compare to normal trains. During my travel from swm to delhi I got many breaking shock and I fall down. So please look in this matter and take some action against technical issue.
