Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — IRCTC bookings online account suspended

My account in IRCTC is suspended with unknown reasons. Could you please While I am able to login to the account, however it does not allow me booking tickets indicating "Bookings not allowed as your account has been suspended". Kindly let me know the reasons and help to re-activate the account at the earliest and oblige.
