Dear sir, I am RAMJI, I have booked 2 third AC tickets on[protected] for journey dated[protected]. Due to waiting list ticket is cancelled automatically.but the refund amount is not credited to my account till now. I have spoke to CC executive, they said there is a internal problem and still it will take 4 days. 15 working days have passed but no result. What should I do please suggest me.from 3 days onwards I am trying to speak to customer care executive but the phones are connecting. What should I do.can I approach legally.The details of the ticket are furnished below.

No refund for cancelled tickets. Does it take time to get the redund in my bank account? Look into it

When i was booking my ticket through irctc ewallet. there are few seats left but the otp didnt came and i cant book my ticket. so plz resolve this problem otherwise close irctc ewallet and plz give my money back from the ewallet
