Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — IRCTC deducted commission

Dear sir,
I have same problem. Irctc deducted rs. 11.50 extra without any detail, from my account without any confirmation after making online reservation of two tickets on 5th sep.
Details are given below

Please provide me the reasons/return for the deductions.
