Dear sir/madam,
I have booked train ticket from tumkur to dharwar my mobile irctc app using my user id:thiru13198.
Thrice i have tried to book train ticket one on 30th september 2016 night and second time on 1st october 2016 afternoon, and third time on 2nd october 2016 but all the time money deducted from my bank account and ticket not booked and didn't get any transaction id also.
I have called the customer care and informed about the deduction, they promised me of refund in two or three days but still i have not got yet. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
I would like to request you that please refund my money to the bank account mentioned below.
