My mom's PNR number was [protected] ticket from Kalyan to ernakulam dated 11-9-16 She was boarding from Adoni in 3tier B1 /20 but there was no information in the station about coach and no station master was there to help her as usally the 3 tier coach will be on the front side from the engine but that day it came back side she was carrying 3 Luguage and having knees pain and not able to board the 3tier coach as the halting time is 2 minutes. By the grace of God one man helped her and she boarded s4 coach and then he managed to reach her to 3 tier in running train. Her age is 59 years and when she ran with 3 Luguages her knees got hurt and she got drastic pain and the whole day she tolerated in train with pain. I request you to see the mater and this should not happen again for other passengers as this type of changes if happen when the coaches are changed from front to back.
