Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — No refund received on cancellation on air ticket

This is to inform you that... On 26/7/16 i booked my air ticket from new delhi to lucknow but i have to cancel it due to some reason... And i talked to a customer care regarding this... And he told me that... I would be approx. 800 rp... On my cancellation but it's 2 months and i haven't received a single sum of money.
Kindly look into the matter...
Or i have to approach the consumer court.
