I raised complaint in IRCTC and the complaint was ssigned aticket ID [IRCTC #3868723] but no reply is given
Please specify why I got no refund for cancellation of ticket against PNR Number: [protected] .As the ticket was booked on 16Th Aug 2016 for journey on 18 Th Aug 2016. In no case a tatkal ticket can be booked before 2 days of date of journey. so I thought it to be normal ticket. i spoke to IRCTC customer Care executive they say it's a long train . And time of tatkal should be calculated from day of origin station. Tatkal ticket cancellation rules say 24 hours before date of journey and not the time from origin station. These information are no where written in tatkal ticket cancellation rules. The rules must specify these things. When I am getting harrased I am knowing these things.
For error in system from your end why should Customer be penalised.
Please refund cancellation amount, if required escalate the issue or I shall take up matter with legal court. Was this information helpful? |
