My Name is Raj Kumar Pandey and I have cancelled 2 tickets having PNR number as [protected] and [protected] also their is one ticket which has been cancelled automatically because it is a waiting list having PNR number [protected] as all these 3 tickets have been cancelled and according to Indian Railways the money should be refunded automatically in our account after 2-3 days but it is not refunded in our account as I have cancelled the ticket 12 days earlier their is no response from IRCTC, So due to this complaint I want to pay your kind attention towards this issue so please refund our money and give us all the details about the procedure and also give us all the information about our cancellation money.
