Note that if still the refund is not reflecting in your account, we suggest you to send us the complete bank statement (From Date of Booking) scan copy/screen shot by hiding the credit card no. of the month of booking to till date to pursue the matter.

awaiting of refund of Rs.780/- towards PNR No.[protected], Cancellation
ID [protected] date of cancellation 18.07.2016 which was booked on
