My bankers (SBI) are not confirming (The said details is not match in my bank.) with the given details by your email dated On Wednesday, August 24, 2016 1:09 PM. You are requested to kindly intimate me that in which account the refund has been processed (Account Details such as bank such as account number such as account holder name)

In future you are requested to use the Refund status Tracking service Provided by the IRCTC. Select the 'Refund Status' link in the left panel under 'My transaction'. on the plan my travel page after you log in to www.irctc.co.in giving your user id and password.
Note that if still the refund is not reflecting in your account, we suggest you to send us the complete bank statement (From Date of Booking) scan copy/screen shot by hiding the credit card no. of the month of booking to till date to pursue the matter.

This is with reference to the above, kindly note that we have been
