Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Poor quality food, not complete diet

Dear sir,

Yesterday i went to drop my mother on jaipur railway station, plateform number 1. The IRCTC refreshment centre over there was dirty. i ordered 2 paltes idli, they gave me 2 pc indli with sambhar but without Coconut chutnney,

they denied Coconut chutney. They charged me Rs 22/ per plate of 2 pc IDLI.

Pls improve the quality n quantity.
