Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Punctuality of trains

Irctc doesn't have any sense of being on time. Such a pathetic service to be honest. How can a 10 hour train journey be delayed by a further 5 hours. Please stop railways as a whole if this is the nature of service you are providing. I am traveling to bangalore from kochi and i am in train for the past 15 hours. This should be a joke. Gareeb rath (12258) sucks
