I had tried to book tickets for the train "ghy scl pass", train no. 55615 today. unfortunately, the booking got cancelled, however inr 1932.50 has been deducted from my sbi account twice for the two transactions that i had tried to make. so i am at a loss of inr 3, 865 (1932.50+1932.50= 3865). i would much appreciate if you kindly look into the matter and refund me the money without much delay. my transactions id's are "[protected]" and "[protected]".

It should be bring in your kind notice that we are waiting for train (kalka mail)(12311) from last 14 hours on old delhi station.. But still it has not arrived... Your services for this train are totally unsatisfactory... What's the reason behind it, we want answer from u now... Plz reply on my mail id...
