I did cancelled two tickets on 19th feb 2016. my bank account got closed before that so i provided new bank account (cancelled cheque and bank closure statement) and i was told by customer care executives that i will get refund within 7-10 days but its now more that 5 months and i havnt received a single paisa from irctc. its just a cheating. i mailed them 7 times from then but always they say "have some patience, we have marked your matter to highest priority and it will resolve shortly".
Nobody is doing anything. one good fashion is tweeting now a days, if you tweet something which is not politically shining, they will just ignore it and if you tweet by appraising them, it will get retweet always.
Please provide the solution and get my money back to my new bank account whose details i have already provided.
