Dear sir,
Sub : session expired after making payment - no ticket booked but amount was deducted from my sbi account.
My transation ref no ig0cnzgye2 for rs.643 on date 19/08/2016 and time 11:07
I faced a problem while booking a ticket now on irctc.co.in from kacheguda (Kcg) jn to karur (Krr) on 20/08/2016 in kcg express train no 17615. After entering the details of the one passengers, i made the payment using sbi netbanking. After making the payment i got the message that the session is expired.
I checked my sbi bank transactions and i can see a payment of rs.643/- made. However when i see the list under "booked tickets" on my irctc account (Tamildas30), i cant see any reservation made.
Please help me refund my amount of rs. 643/- to my sbi account.
