Pnr no-[protected], tain no 15035, transaction id-[protected]
Dated 9april 2017, bank transaction id -IRCTC11779--I hv made a chair car ticket on 9april 2017 and the ticket is not cnfirme and the t.t said u can go for bording, at the end he maid again a ticket of rs330 after my alrdy ticket booked rs375 which is not cnfirmed.irctc hv charged 2time from me for same day same train this is worse than ever.

All irctc staff give me wrong advice includint T.T and enquiry counter.thats why this all happend with me
This file attached t.t reissue ticket on same train and said earlier not waiting ticked will be refunded automaticly.that why i hv not cancel nd tdr filed
