I had booked my train ticket with pnr no.[protected] in train no.14660 on 11.8.2016 from jaisalmer to jaipur. But that train got cancelled due to heavy rainfalls. But i have not got my refund. I contacted to irctc customer care through phone, but then customer care told me that the train charting was done on that day and they have no information about its cancellation.
As per irctc customer care advice, i contacted to the station master of jaisalmer station from where the train was to start, the station master checked the data and told me that the train was cancelled and may be due to some technical error its not updated in the irctc system. He has given the same information on my email generated ticket along with his office stamp. I sent that data to [protected]@irctc.co.in.. But those people are not not agreeing on this information. I requested to itctc on twitter also, but they are also saying the same thing. It wad 2nd ac tatkal ticket worth rs 1786. It is big financial loss to me. I even requested those irctc fellows to contact jaisalmer station from where the train was to start, but they are not coming to the point. I want my money back. Was this information helpful? |
