I HAVE CORRESPONDED SEVERAL TIMES FOR MY REFUND AGAINST PNR NO [protected].
I HAVE FILED TDR ON 17.06.22 AND ITS REFERENCE NUMBER [protected]
WAS PROVIDED . But sir it has been repudiated stating the
reason train was not late more than 3 hours.
I would like to clarify that boarding station was Buxar (NOT THE RANI
KAMLAPATI) on 17 th june and the train came at 5.42 pm instead of
8.18 am. It is more than 10 hours.AT BOARDING POINT BUXAR AND FOR YOUR
REFERENCE I WOULD LIKE TO CLARIFY THAT THERE WAS AGITATION DUE TO
AGNEE PATH YOJNA.
THAT SIR AGAIN ON JUNE 22nd I HAVE MAILED WITH REQUIRED PROOF THAT
IS SCREENSHOT WHERE I HAD REQUESTED YOU TO RE-OPEN TDR WHERE I HAVE
BEEN GIVEN Ticket Id:[protected] AND ON 23rd email has been assigned

been assigned Ticket Id:[protected]
I DON"T UNDERSTAND REASON BEHIND DELAY IN THIS MATTER. YOU CAN VERIFY
GENUINENESS FROM YOUR RECORD.
I HAD REQUESTED TO RE-OPEN the TDR and
refund the said amount AT THE EARLIEST IT IS ALREADY DELAYED FROM THEIR END.
NOW THEY HAVE SENT ME THIS REPLY ON 30.07.22 " Dear Customer,
The TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] with reason Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled. has been repudiated by system as per the Indian Railways Refund Rules https://contents.irctc.co.in/en/Refundrule2015.pdf
Reason for Repudiation/rejection:, AS PER CHART, PASSENGER HAS TRAVELLED

SIR HERE I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THE FOLLOWING:
AGAIN IT HAS BEEN REPUDIATED FROM THEIR END ON 30.07.22 STATING THAT PASSENGER HAS TRAVELLED.
SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE CORRESPONDED STATING THE REASON.
SOME TIME REPLY COMES TRAIN IS NOT LATE.
NOW IT IS SURPRISING THAT IRCTC IS MAKING FALSE ALLEGATION THAT PASSENGER HAS TRAVELLED.
FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION I ONCE AGAIN WANT TO MENTION THAT PASSENGER WAS LADY AND SHE HAS NOT TRAVELLED DUE TO UNEXPECTED 10 HOURS LATE BESIDES THESE THERE WAS AGITATION DUE TO AGNEE PATH YOJNA ON THAT DAY.
DUE TO 10 HOURS LATE AND AGITATION I WAS COMPELLED TO FILE TDR.
PASSENGER IS LADY AND AFTER COMPLETING TRAIN JOURNEY SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO TRAVEL 200 KM BY ROAD.WHICH WAS NOT POSSIBLE DUE TO EXPECTED LATE ARRIVAL AT DESTINATION IN LATE NIGHT.
BY SEEING THE EXPECTED LATE ARRIVAL OF TRAIN IN DESTINATION AND THE LATE ARRIVAL OF TRAIN AT BOARDING POINT, TDR WAS FILED.
IT IS SURPRISING TO NOTE THAT INSTEAD OF REFUND THEY ARE MAKING ONE OR MORE FALSE ALLEGATIONS.AT DIFFERENT TIME.
I ONCE AGAIN REQUEST YOU TO HELP ME OUT SO AS TO GET MY REFUND AT THE EARLIEST.
