Respected Sir/mam,

I am the regular passenger travelling in Indian railways. Maintenance of bathrooms are worst, ladies facing the lot of problems with this.

And the foremost thins is HIJRAS, where we are giving lot of respect to them but they are misusing this. They are harassing ll the passengers in train for money, using vulgar language.
Please don't allow them to the trains without tickets.
Please do kind action on this.

Booked a ticket, transaction was there but did not get any ticket. Transaction id [protected].customer care told within 48hrs i will get my money but still i have not got any money back from irctc.
