1394 is the ticket amount from Pune to Surat for two persons.I booked the ticket for two from Pune to Surat through debit card.My amount deducted for the ticket but no tct actually booked as it was shown as no seat available.I repeat the same again and same thing happened.Same amount deducted but no tct booked by IRCTC.So please do needful to refund my Rs 2788.

My transaction I'd is [protected].

Transaction ID:[protected] PNR No [protected] refund not get till now in my account.p please refund my amount as soon as possible.Its cancelled on 20october.respond back on my number or mail I'd other wise I have to raise ticket with higher authorities.
