I've tried to book a tatkal ticket on 1st Nov but it was failed and the money was taken from my rupay debit card. According to IRCTC the money was refunded on 6th Nov but till now I haven't received the money and regarding this I've posted email inquiry several times and tried to talk to customer care but there is no response. It happens with rupay debit cards most of the time kindly fix the issue and refund my money back
