Dear Sir/Madam, I (Hemant Kumar) had booked a ticket from ANVT to PNBE journey date 10-Aug-2016, but the train got late by 12 hours. The train started on[protected]:15 Hrs while I had filed the TDR on 11-Aug-2016 06:38:10 HRS. The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate. I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late. Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.
