I am travelling from cuttack to Chennai by coromandal express 12841 now and have reached vijayawada station. Despite of repeated requests to the catering staff I am not provided with registered / authorised brand of water bottle. Finally I have to rush to the shop on platform to fulfill my thirsty needs. I am travelling on berth no. 60 of B2 boggie. I am ready to witness against the contractor at any platform for the poor service rendered by him. My contact no.[protected]
