Dear sir I book my room no 206 in irctc yatri niwas in Howrah rly station. The counter staff of yatri niwas take 630/_ & give recipient of 530/_. When I asked about extra 100/_ Rs he told everyone give our commission. And not return, my PNS no is [protected]. And my mobile no is [protected], Sir please take action and inform me too. Thanks. I was booking my Air tickets from Gorakhpur to Calcutta by irctc on 7/10/2016 in spice jet airlines .my sbi account is debited from 7768/_ Rs, with Transation ref no IGAAAWPGT3 at 11:28 am.but tickets were not issue.
