I am submitting the below mentioned details for which so far no refund is made after contacting telephonically and mail.

Tickets booked through online (Irct) and i cancelled the tickets due to non conformation more than four hours before the departure time. Detail is given bellow;-

Reason for : waitlisted and all passengers did not travel.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter for delay and why refund is not made after a lapse of five months.
