With respect to the email above, where the TDR has been repudiated saying that TDR was filed delayed by 10.30 hours is incorrect. The information provided by the zonal officer is given below:

The TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] with reason Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled. has been repudiated by the Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds null due to reason null as per the Indian Railways Refund Rules
