I had high fever and was not in the condition to travel on the same date due to which i had to file tdr for the refund of the ticket. I was trying to file tdr before 4 hrs of journey but the site was not working properly due to which i could not processed. Anyhow i managed to file tdr before 2 hrs of journey and i also could not found the option of sick in the list during filing tdr, so selected randomly the option which was available at that time.
This is my hard earned money and request you to kindly refund the money back for which i shall be highly grateful.
