Hi Support team, I have booked a ticket from 01658/PNBE HBJ SUP SPL on 02-Nov-2016 and Date of Journey was 02-Nov-2016 . For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and the passenger has not traveled, I filled the TDR for the same in IRCTC against my ticket and the status was turned to CR Registered, but the amount was not refunded yet. I am not sure what else I might be missing to get amount refunded. Please let me know what I can do further or else you can drop a mail to [protected]@gmail.com Ticket details: Date Of Transaction :- 02-Nov-2016. Updated by Amardeep Kour Hi Support team, I have booked a ticket from BSB to LKO for BSB-DELHI SPECIAL express on 27th Mar, 2015 and Date of Journey was 28th Mar, 2015. For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and the passenger has not traveled, I filled the TDR for the same in IRCTC against my ticket and the status was turned to CR Registered, but the amount was not refunded yet. I am not sure what else I might be missing to get amount refunded. While booking a ticket in website train tickets my money got reduced but my tickets are not delivered. What can i do. I had 22, 000 in my account and aftr bookinh ticket money reduced to 20, 000 what to do now.. I am worried can i get money back... ...siri
