Dear irctc I have booked two tickets with pnr [protected] and [protected] with a option of book only if lower birth is allotted and your system gave me upper birth. My mom is 58 she can't travel with upper birth. Kindly refund my payment as it was your system fault not my fault failing in doing so will take further action against you but I won't allow you take my money like that. My number is [protected]

Updated by SHASHWAT MISRA I had booked [protected] and [protected] this ticket under the option of BOOK ONLY IF LOWER BIRTH IS AVAILABLE and the tickets I got are all Upper birth . Kindly provide lower birth or provide me full refund
