Dear sir,
I am booking tatkal ticket through irctc website but ticket is not book due to network problem and balance is deducted in my account. I am receive message in my mobile phone that purchase worth rs 525.42 on pos sbirctc at irctc txn#[protected]. My irctc a/c dont show any booking history. But my bal. Is deducted. So please resolve my problem.

When calling it everyone lift the call and do not give any solution and put me on hold for half an hour i lost 40 rupees for calling them and they give any answer for my problem worst service from irctc
