I am a regular user of IRCTC. I have following user ID with irctc but for some days I am getting "user is disabled" message while logging in. Due to this I am facing a lot of problem for further railway ticket bookings. Please enable my user ID. I ensure you that I am using this ID for personal use.

I booked a railway ticket on 15th Aug 2016 through IRCTC. Suddenly i see that the next day, i.e, 16th Aug 2016, Rs.11.25 was debited from my account without any prior notice/information to me. It is written as INB commission on railway booking. The reference number is IG0CNJXUE4ICO5908098.
