Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — uts app season ticket issue

I was booking season ticket via uts, i made payment via payment gateway and the money got deducted, but the ticket did not get booked. Also, there was no failed transaction mentioned in the booking history.

I paid 425 rupees through debit card in irctc i pay. Money deducted but booking not placed. It says pending from bank end.

I have booked ticket from Kachiguda to yeswanthpur transaction I'd [protected], rs.355 debited from my account but pnr not confirmed, I waited till today but not credited back my money

It has been alread 5 days still I didn't got my money back it showing money pending from bank
