I booked ticket in irctc website yesterday with tatkal quota.
Pnr:[protected], train:18646, doj:08-10-16, sl, sc-jer, dep:10:20,
Jeeban mohapatra, ckwl 106,
Fare:725, sc:23.0+pg+ins
Status was available, but during payment process status became ckwl-106.
At night i received a message

Train number changed, pnr changed, destination changed... I can't go bbs... I had urgent work at home... They did not book another train from bbs to jer.. I want money back. How can they book ticket in another train and different timing...
Like 99% people i don't remember train numbers and pnr numbers... When i received the 2nd message i thought it's for the same train. I guess nobody will notice pnr numbers and train numbers i just saw berth no /seat no yesterday night. Today morning i saw its for another train... And i can't go to bbs, if i may have to wait in bbs station for another train for up to 12 hrs.. If they had booked another train from bbs to jer, i wouldn't have complained. If i go, i will reach home late. So better i will not go. I want money back Was this information helpful? |
