I had booked tatkal ticket for the train number 22630 ten dr express yesterday morning for today (14th sep 2016) but i find that
Ticket for some other train is booked that too for tomorrow (15th sep 2016). Please find the details below.

As you can see above how can i get the tatkal ticket for day after tomorrow get booked if the tatkal tickets gets opened just the previous day. As i found the wrong ticket got booked i cancelled the ticket but couldn't get any refund. I believe this is a system issue.
When i contacted the irctccustomer care they are telling tatkal ticket cannot be refunded. I completely agree with it. But if i had booked a tatkal ticket for 14th sept 2016 for the train 22630 ten dr and i get a tatkal ticke for 15th sep (How come tatkal ticket gets booked 2 days earlier???) that too for a different train 16527 / ypr cannanore ex.
I need my money back as this is clearly a software/system issue.
How can i proceed on this.
