Indian Railways — About luggage bag bittten by rats

I travel 3A class of 12218 kerala s kranti on date 19/06/2024 from kota jn to thrisur. i saw my bag at vasai road railway station than i found bag have been bitten by rats. the bag is new so i want compensation for this from railway. my pnr number [protected]. mob. [protected]
