Respected sir/ma'am
This message is regard to a complain against a fellow passenger. I am kanika saxena. I am travelling in dee intercity 22471. My seat number is b2/63/sl. Except my seat, a family has occupied the whole room of 57-64 seat numbers. The seat 64 was alloted to a friend of mine mine, jahnavi tiwari but they managed to move her to another seat. This family is not letting me take my seat. They have refused to keep any of my luggage in the space provided. I have to keep it in way of other passengers. An uncle probbeky the father and his son has been yelling at me since the beginning. When i asked for my seat, they have refused to remove their family member just because they have to sleep on seats that are not theirs. We do not expect this kind of behaviour atleast in a. C. Compartment. I am complaining this on women helpline as well. Inspite of having no extra passengers, these people are occupying seats of other people as well. Please check who has booked tickets of these seats. The seat 64 was replaced by 33 or 34 so they have booked that seat as well. I request you to do something against these people. We do not pay money for luxurious compartments to get it occupied by someone else. Now even after requesting, these people have stopped listening to my requests and are speaking bad words for me among their family members. I am a college student who can't fight against a whole family and this is the first time someone has shouted like this in a a. C. Compartment to the extent of me crying. Please look through this matter to stop people like these harassing everyone in trains.
