Indian Railways — Complaint Regarding Unfulfilled Seat Reservation and Overcharging by TTE

I purchased two general tickets and requested seat reservations from the TTE. He requested 700 rupees, which we paid, and he issued a receipt. However, he failed to provide seats or assistance after accepting the payment. Additionally, he charged extra without explanation. I urge you to take action against the TTE and refund my money.
