Indian Railways — EDR Repudiated

Booked Ticket from Surat to Borivali on 26th August 2024 for Train number 12010 with PNR [protected] but train got delayed by more than 6 hours and due to no update had booked another Train from Surat to Borivali for 27th August 2024 for Train number 12952 with PNR [protected] which was also late by couple of hours but travelled with it and reached Mumbai couple of hours late.

So, i filed a TDR for 12010 as Train was late for more than 6 hours and plus did not travel with it but it got Repudiated for no reason.

Booked 2 tickets each with both the trains.

Kindly help me with claiming my hard earn money and to claim compensation with it as rejection is illegal and can't be denied at all. All proofs available.
