Indian Railways — Money deducted on UTS app but not added to R-wallet

I was trying to add money to my R-wallet from 30.06.2024 morning but it was showing in the mobile app. In the evening I tried to add money through their website and payment gateway opened. Then after successful payment their error page appeared and I lost my money. The incompetent server took my hard-earned money. Please arrange a refund or addition to my R-wallet.
