I have filed TDR on 23/02/2024 for my journey dated 23/02/2024 from Amritsar to Jammu as the train was diverted and not touching boarding station for Train No- 19225. However even after expiry of more than 90 days, the refund has not been issued and the status of same is showing as Inspector verification pending since 08/05/2024. I want to ask that just because Indian Railway belongs to Govt of India doesn't mean that they will play with public money and not issuing refund. I want complaint to be filed against Indian Railways and the refund should be issued instantly along with penalty amount as the fault was at Railways end for diverting the train and still we are begging for claiming our refund
