I have ordered a trendy and fashionable ladies watch from titan fastrack with a very smart shaped dial. The product name is ladies fastrack watch model 2406sm02. And my order no. Is gtip-8488. The date of my order is 18 aug.2018. I have already paid the money through internet banking. The giftindia plaza has also confimed my order vide mail dt. 18/8/2018. But till date i have not received any product nor they have replied by mail and phone calls also whatsup massages. Please look into the matter and advise accordingly.
