My flight was on 25 dec 2017 and it was on 8:45 am and my pnr no is ydufqz
And its on 6e-375, i reached at sharp 8:00 am but the staffs there told me that check in time has been exceeded and forced me to buy a ticket for the next flight for which i have to pay 3500 rs more it's just the horrible experience that i have been ever get through. We sincerely regret for the delayed response. We’d like to inform you that as per the policy, the check-in counter at the airport opens 2 hours prior to scheduled departure and closes 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Boarding gate closes 25 minutes prior to departure at all airports.
We have also investigated with our airport team and found that you reported late at the counters. Since our check-in counters were already closed for your flight, our staff were unable to accept you on board. At IndiGo, our endeavor is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with intention to help you reach your destination, our airport team offered to accommodate you on the next available flight, subject to additional payment i.e. the difference in fare and re-accommodation charges, which were accepted by you, and you duly traveled to your destination.
