Being a customer of indigo for past few many years i 'm not surprised seeing the video of a passenger who was treated disrespectfully by your staff. No matter who it is or what led to this incident, the airline should have trained their staff/ crew properly and made sure such an incident never occurred. Myself few times travelling were not given proper respect mainly by your airport staff in the check in counters (Cochin airport). Since it was all about some misappropriate disrespectful behavior, i had ignored it. Being an indian and the airline being an indian based one, i humbly request your management to take necessary measures to stop such incidents in future. I have also decided that one more such incidents i shall face, i will not be travelling again with indigo nor my family.
