The complaint regarding the absence of the receipt of the ticket shall addressed to:-
- the operator of the web site, where a customer tried to purchase the ticket, regarding the immediate issuance of the ticket
or
- to the bank or to the financial service provider, which debited the account, regarding the unauthorized transaction.
The bank or the financial service provider shall provide the air ticket or shall refund full amount within 7-10 days from the receipt of the complaint on refund.
