Indigo Airlines — baggage missing complaint

Dear Sir I am K.Narasimha sah, a Chartered Accountant from Chennai. On 28th April 2015 I have travelled in Indigo Flight No.6E 311 from Hyderabad to Chennai along with 3 of our Office colleagues vide Seat Nos .12B, 12C, 12D 12 E. We were having 6 baggages and the same have been weighed for 72 Kgs by the Indigo Boarding Pass counter Staff at Hyderbad Airport. We have also paid Rs. 3, 000/= toward additional baggage charges for the excess baggage of 12 kgs vide Receipt No. [protected] dt 28.4.2015 and collected the receipt and our baggages are tagged by the Indigo staff for 5 suitcases instead of 6. But when we reached to Chennai airport we have noticed that one baggage was missing. Immediately we have reported the same to the Indigo staff at Chennai airport. Based on our complaint Indigo Staff have weighed our entire Baggages and weighment resulted in 60 Kgs only. The missing bag is Purple colored trolley bag of 12 Kgs weight with Marie gold Hotel tag Room No.2115 mentioned therein. The Indigo staff at airport filed a missing baggage report and ensured that they will keep on updating and as soon as it is identified, it will be sent to my residence address. It is 2 days over now and there is no updates in this regard. Rs.25000/- worth of my Cloths and Office documents are kept in the baggage. For your reference I have attached herewith scanned copies of the flight ticket, Excess Baggage Ticket slip and Property Irregularity Report issued by your Chennai airport Indigo staff. I therefore request you to kindly arrange to locate the same both in Hyderabad and Chennai airports and do he needful at your earliest possible. Thanking you K.Narasimha sah
