[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — broken bottle in my bag

I recently travelled from goa to bangalore in flight number 6e 6323 on 23rd march 19 a glass bottle in my bag given in the checkin luggage was broken even though the bag hada fragile sticker on it
The bag was properly packed and it was broken because of the fault of the airlines so the airlines should bear the cost and provide me with a refund for the same

you need to have
- eticket or bording pass
- bag tag for exact flight

you are entitled to submit the exact complaint, expressed in figures, either
- at participating air carrier site
- at airport (agent office)
- any office of the air carrier after producing the above documents

within 7 days following arrival of last flight of participating air carrier.
