Dear IndiGo; I am flying from Chandigarh to New Delhi now; 31/05/2022 at 0705 Flight no: 6E 6736 PNR: QUNHUE I am flying further from New Delhi to London Heathrow and as expected I have baggage allowance of 23 times two kilos to check in for my international flight. Keeping this in mind I tried to book excess baggage as the allowed baggage with my booking with IndiGo, from Chandigarh to New Delhi was 15 kgs; the website said: Not allowed for this leg! On bags drop I had to pay an extortion charges of Rs9900 for my baggage for. Please know you were not able to book excess baggage as it can be booked 6 hrs prior to the journey. Further, for international connecting baggage allowance passengers' international flight should be within 24 hrs of the domestic flight. We'll request your understanding here. Regards, Team IndiGo
