[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — missing luggage in indigo airline

I was traveling with my family from guwahati to goa thru hyderabad by indigo fligjt. Arriving at hyderabad, my baggages were not found in the belt. Inquiring in transfer counter, one kumar told me that the flight to goa has departed. The luggages will reach the destination. He also gave me four boarding cards and took my luggage tickets from guwahati to hyderabad. We are now sitting sleepless in hyderabad airport. Kindly help. Nobody has aduty to examine purely unidentified complaint without attched documents.
Nobody has aduty to provide service for free.
If you faced with thft or fraud, you need to aply to the local police office for the comencemnet of the criminal matter. And the police officer who had receved your complaint on theft /fraud must fill FIR.
