I have booked indigo airlines 14/12/2024 Mumbai to washington DC but ticket booked Bombay to Delhi, Delhi to isbul, isbul to kabul, kabul to washington DC that way I have cancelled ticket amount. But not received ticket amount refund till date. Customer care number call they only tax amount refund why I have cancelled ticket why keep hold amount in your pocket this way earning money. Updated by Deepali Jitendra Shah I have cancelled ticket booked in indigo airlines booking dates 14/12/24 Mumbai to washington DC flying booked 15/12/24 Bombay to Delhi, Delhi to isbul, isbul to kabul, kabul to washington DC that way I have cancelled the booking amount confirm the same till date I have not received refund amount.
Airlines industry said refund amount only gst part I have paid rs. 47471.55 PNR number - PSUKJA, NAME OF Travel is Deepali Jitendra Shah E-Ticket No.:[protected].
